The ebook is entirely browser-based and plays well on most browsers and devices. Please let us know if you have any trouble with viewing the material whatsoever. Make sure to tell us the device, browser and versions (if possible) so that we can contact our tech people.

Sometimes this happens when an email address is incorrectly typed during the registration process. Shoot us an email and we’ll look you up and correct the typo.

No. A PDF cannot support some of the immersive content that we provide.

We use PayPal that allows you to pay with a credit card as well as through your PayPal account. You do not have to have a PayPal account, though, to use this portal.

Anyone. While our ebooks are designed for university students, anyone can purchase the book. We will let you know when new books come out that are less technical.

Go to your computer’s SYSTEM PREFERENCES to GENERAL. Check ALWAYS for the SHOW SCROLL BAR instead of “Automatically based on mouse or trackpad”. Now you should be able to scroll up and down.
